    Introducing the Model 34 Contemporary vent-free Fireplace, delivering up to 33,000 BTUs of clean heat. Equipped with standard features such as screen doors, a factory-installed variable speed blower, and a millivolt gas valve compatible with remote control or wall thermostat, this fireplace offers both convenience and efficiency. With a variety of installation options available, including masonry fireplace inserts, freestanding with an optional mantel, or built into an existing wall for a zero clearance application, the Model 34 Contemporary adapts to suit every need.

    The Buck Stove Model 34 features a split burner 24" log set rated at 33,000 BTUs. Designed as a zero-clearance appliance, it can be easily framed into a wall straight from the box. For installation in an existing fireplace, simply slide the unit into place and add the optional Trim Kit. To enhance the fireplace effect in any room, choose from Buck Stove's three different mantel surrounds.

Our next step is to contact our suppliers to confirm the item's availability and readiness for shipment. Should the item be on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you of the estimated lead time. If the provided lead time is unsatisfactory, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email or phone. If the item can be shipped within 5 business days, we will proceed with processing the charges and shipping your order.

    Incorrect Shipping Information:

    In the event of incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we will make every effort to track down the item using our shipping partners. Please be aware that refunds and returns are not available in such cases. However, we will do our utmost to locate the item. If successful, re-shipping fees of up to 20% of the item's value may apply.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we have successfully processed your credit card charges, the items will be shipped within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center.     Lead time is usually 5-10 business days to receive an order after purchase.

    Our return policy allows a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
    For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and include all tags. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.

    Returns not related to damaged items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%, depending on the size and shipping cost of the item. Shipping expenses can be significant, especially for large products.

    If a return or cancellation request is made after the item has been shipped, a 15-25% fee will be charged to cover the freight costs.
