Thank you for choosing Black Fireplace. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the details of our shipping process below:

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then verify item availability with our suppliers.

  • If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we will inform you of the estimated lead time.

  • If the lead time is not acceptable, your pre-authorization will be canceled, and you will be notified.

  • If the item is available and can ship within 5 business days, your card will be charged, and your order will proceed to shipment.

Shipping Timeline

  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is processed.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

  • If you do not receive tracking info within 6 days of your order, please contact us at +1 (510) 906-8596.

Note: Cut-off time for same-day processing is 4:00 PM EST.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after purchase.

  • Freight shipping time: 4–6 business days after pick-up, depending on location.

  • Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process after confirmation and payment.

Shipping Coverage

  • We offer free shipping on all applicable items and brands within the mainland U.S.

  • Hawaii and Alaska: We do not ship directly to these states. Customers must arrange a freight forwarder, and list their address at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect shipping details are provided at checkout:

  • We will work with our shipping partners to attempt to locate and redirect the shipment.

  • Refunds or returns are not guaranteed in such cases.

  • If the item is recovered, re-shipping fees may apply.

Special Delivery Considerations

  • There are height/bridge restrictions or road access issues.

  • Delivery requires a ferry, train, plane, or additional local transport.
