Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • All tags are still attached

  • You provide proof of purchase

Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for return.

3. Manufacturer Defect / Product Failure

If your product breaks under normal use or has a manufacturing defect:

4. Changed Your Mind

If you change your mind:

  • Ensure the product is unused and return-eligible.

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply.

5. Received Wrong Item

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and guide you through the return process.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item first.

  • Place a new order for the desired item to speed up the process.
