Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please be aware that refunds and returns are not available in such cases. However, we will do our utmost to locate the item. If successful, re-shipping fees of up to 20% of the item's value may apply.

Our return policy allows a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and include all tags. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Returns not related to damaged items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%, depending on the size and shipping cost of the item. Shipping expenses can be significant, especially for large products.

If a return or cancellation request is made after the item has been shipped, a 15-25% fee will be charged to cover the freight costs.
